Well, as they say, the early bird gets the... photo of the pretty bike with the pretty leaves and the pretty girl in front of MIT. I'm glad I resolved to rise earlier and photograph in the morning.
Sierra Brown is much darker than this bike, and, this is not a 70's step-through. I would point out the shape of the headbadge and the 3-pc crankset for the most obvious identifying features. My guess tends more to it being one of the mid-later 80's Asian "Schwinns". alf

ReplyDeleteWe call it "copper" around here--the color of my wife's vintage Schwinn. Lovely photo, no matter what the color, though.
