We have a yellow Schwinn Breeze that is very similar to this, only it has a 3-speed internally-geared rear hub rather than derailleurs. We even have those same baskets on it :)
i need that rear view. my handlebars are too low ( on my borrowed and maybe new trike. totally shameless but I started blogging about it- we'll see how it goes if I keep it or not...
I love the rear view mirror on this bike! The permanent baskets are also very practical.

Nice wheels! Very old-school. I have a similar mirror on my Expedition and it's very practical.
ReplyDeleteI believe that is a Schwinn World Tourist. Nice city bike with interesting freewheeling sprocket, sort of a neat innovation.
