It's hard to see in this 'on the fly' photo, but this pretty lady has both sparkles in her coat and in the streamers on her bike. Add her cool boots and helmet, and I was smiling as I followed her over the Mass Ave bridge.
Have fun and be seen out there!

How, how, how did you take this picture while biking?
Not just idle curiosity. I'd like to be able to get more pics from my bike.
Um, don't do this. I won't do it again. I just pulled my camera out of my purse, pointed it in her general direction, and clicked off a photo. I only took one, which is why this one is blurry, and it was probably a very bad idea. Maybe someday I'll have a mount point on my handlebars with a remote trigger... This was irresponsible and I don't suggest it.
Believe it or not, that's my neighbor : )
She is really nice and has been cycling in Boston for years.
Well, she looks great!
a few years ago, my girlfriend bought me a clamp-on tripod that I used to keep on my handlebars as an adhoc camera mount. Lasted about an hour before bumps and road roughness overcame the clamp and sent the tripod flying (though fortunately after I unmounted the camera) I wouldn't recommend that option either, since the temptation to aim and frame the image was still a pretty significant distraction, but if you can overcome that, then maybe an integrated tripod mount may not be a bad item to add to the custom bike wishlist.
I'll just have to practice being quick-draw McGraw, I guess: brake, stand, pull camera from breast pocket, fire! May need to incorporate removing a glove and pushing the telephoto button into the drill.
