at least you can't get the bike that easily... it's also locked by it's fender! You would have to dissemble a good portion of the bike or severely damage the fender getting it.
Nothing new under the sun talking about chrome and black. Every fan of these kinds of bikes should watch "Chariots of Fire", I like the scenes at Oxbord or Cambridge (forget which), on the campus and one sees how plentiful they were in use back in the day.

Someone needs to let the owner know how to lock up his/her bike. They've got only the front wheel u-locked!

There are two things that always make a bike look good to me: Brooks saddle and Wald basket. Good ol' Wald.

I don't believe that is a Wald basket it has adjustable supports on it. Wald has extra holes at the bottom for different sized wheels...
